SK geo centric pursues ‘Happy Partnership Management’ which extended the concept of it’s members.

Shared Growth Index for seven consecutive years

With our effort on shared growth with our partners, SK geo centric earned the highest rating for seven consecutive years
for the first time in the industry in the Shared Growth Index evaluation announced by
the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership in June 2019 and was selected as the ‘Best Honorable Company’.

SK geo centric raises funds for partner’s cash flow improvement and has been holding annual ’SK Partners Job Fair for Shared Growth’
since 2013 to help resolve small- and medium-sized partners’ biggest problem of employing talented workforce.

The shared growth activities that SK geo centric focuses on include
▲ financial support for stable company operation ▲ technical support and cooperation
▲ educational support on management and SHE (safety, health, and environment), and ▲ recruitment support.

Financial support for
stable company operation

SK geo centric signed a shared growth agreement with 213 partners and raised KRW 10 billion to lend it directly to partners for their cash flow improvement and stable company operation. We also raised a separate shared growth fund
of KRW 55 billion and provided other related support.

Technical support
and cooperation

SK geo centric creates synergy between
large and small-sized companies through technical cooperation.
For instance, We jointly developed eco-friendly adhesives with our long-time partner,
Lion Chemtech, for the sake of each party.

Educational support on
management and SHE

SK geo centric provides training sessions on
business management, product technology, and
operational safety for employees of our partners.
We aim to upgrade the safety management level of our partners by providing various safety manuals and training program, and would like to further elaborate the support by establishing new curriculum such as ‘academy for eco-friendly plastics and social value’.
