Practice Guidelines for Code of Ethics
It is the specific expressions about putting the managerial philosophy of SKMS into practice and defines responsibilities of its members against the stakeholders.
It is the detailed behavioral guidelines for Code of Ethics and suggests the judgmental standard for ethical decision making and actions.
It is the set of questions and answers to help understand and decide about possible situations which the executives and staff members face during the performances of their duties.
Based on SKMS as our corporate management, SK geo centric creates values for various stakeholders, such as customers, employees, shareholders and business partners, plays a pivotal role and, therefore, contributes to the happiness of mankind. For these, we enact our Code of Ethics and observe it as our standard of judgment for every business decision making and behaviors.
